Harvard Business Schools Executive Education Program to Explore Latest Strategies for Building and Managing Highly Profitable Organizations

Harvard Business School will host an executive education program, Managing and Transforming Professional Service Firms  India, from January 04 07, 2016 at the HBS style classroom at Taj Lands End in Mumbai. This program will enable participants from professional service firms to learn the best management practices of the worlds most successful companies and to develop and implement a strategy that motivates highly talented professionals, boosts customer loyalty, and drives competitive advantage across India and the globe.

It can be any professional services information technology, operations consulting, financial services, law, architecture, public relations, marketing and advertising or any other industry the program will help participants develop successful strategies for delivering on client expectations, responding to market shifts with innovative services and enabling both domestic and global growth, said Professor Rajiv Lal, Stanley Roth, Sr. Professor of Retailing at Harvard Business School.

 

The program is designed for senior executives, entrepreneurs and practice leaders around the world who are responsible for defining and executing corporate or service line strategy with a professional service firm. It is appropriate for Chief Executive Officers, Executive Vice Presidents, Partners, Principals, Managing Directors, Office Managers and Practice Leaders.
